Creating Self-Starters
2 day course
Leaders should be aware that one of their primary functions is to create
as many Self-Starters as possible.
Definition of a Self-Starter? A Self-Starter is a person who not only
completes their daily assigned tasks, but also:
a) identifies and searches for problems
b) provides a solution, or
c) takes the problem to the appropriate person
Self-Starters... find work to do.
Self-Starters... take responsibility.
Self-Starters... feel a sense of ownership.
Self-Starters... finish the job.
