Leadership - Creating Self-Starters

Leaders should be aware that one of their primary functions is to create as many Self-Starters as possible.

Definition of a Self-Starter: A Self-Starter is a person who not only completes their daily assigned tasks, but also:
a) identifies and searches for problems
b) provides a solution, or
c) takes the problem to the appropriate person
