This training programme has been designed to give a better understanding of the role of a member of a Project Team.
Course designed for those who are involved in any type of project team.
Project Management - Course Aims and Objectives
At the end of the course the participant will be able to:
- Memorise vital information
- Demonstrate an understanding of the role of a Project Manager
- Understand how to "build" and motivate a project team; defining skill requirements, involvement and feedback
- Manage the project life cycle, feasibility, definition, planning, implementation, post-project review and hand-over/completion
- Manage potential sources of conflict
- Understand basic planning principles
- Schedule project activities
Fees
On-site: £1600 + VAT for two days, maximum of 8 participants (i.e.
£200 + VAT per participant). This includes all training materials, manuals,
etc.
Additional costs: Trainer's travel and overnight accomodation if required.
