Time & Stress Management
1 day course
Time is money, the saying goes. Anyone who doesn't have a good Time Management
system is guaranteed to lose time and money, and suffer from stress.
Learn how to:
- memorise vital information
- change your current behaviours
- take command of your 16 hour day
- organise your work flow
- plan your day effectively
- say no without creating conflict
- delegate some of your work to other people
This one-day workshop helps you memorise, organise and prioritise for
greater workplace efficiency. Participants will also learn how to create
a work/life balance.
Studies show that if a change in behaviour is sustained for 30 days,
it becomes a new habit. Our training helps create this new habit by a
series of follow up e-mails.
By applying a Time Management system, anxiety and stress is significantly
reduced.
