Time & Stress Management

1 day course

Time is money, the saying goes. Anyone who doesn't have a good Time Management system is guaranteed to lose time and money, and suffer from stress.

Learn how to:

  • memorise vital information
  • change your current behaviours
  • take command of your 16 hour day
  • organise your work flow
  • plan your day effectively
  • say no without creating conflict
  • delegate some of your work to other people

This one-day workshop helps you memorise, organise and prioritise for greater workplace efficiency. Participants will also learn how to create a work/life balance.

Studies show that if a change in behaviour is sustained for 30 days, it becomes a new habit. Our training helps create this new habit by a series of follow up e-mails.

By applying a Time Management system, anxiety and stress is significantly reduced.

What's Included?

  • Specialised manual
  • 30 day e-mail follow up
